In the middle of the picture and part of the industrial district, there’s the famous chimney which is Romania’s tallest structure. (Thanks Radu for the correction.)

I just checked on Wikipedia and they say that the chimney from Phoenix Cooper Smelter is the tallest structure in Romania, but is nowhere near being the tallest structure in Europe. This is kind of disappointing to hear , considering that i grew up knowing that my city has the tallest structure in Europe.
